1. Free Trial
If your selected plan includes a 14-day free trial, no subscription charge is due during the trial period. If a payment method is collected, billing may begin automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
2. Setup Fee
Cloudora does not charge a separate setup fee unless a specific offer or order clearly states otherwise.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date. Once cancelled, future renewal charges will stop.
4. Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged in error, charged after a timely cancellation, or experienced another billing problem, contact us as soon as possible with transaction details.
5. Non-refundable Charges
Except where required by law or where a billing error occurred, subscription charges for a billing period that has already begun may be non-refundable.
