2. Service
Cloudora provides cloud-based business software and related online services. Features and availability may vary by plan.
3. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan, billing interval, currency and pricing displayed at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Free Trial
Where offered, the free trial period and billing details are shown before checkout. If a payment method is collected, the subscription may convert to a paid subscription after the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Cloudora to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute harmful code or interfere with the service.
6. Intellectual Property
Cloudora, its branding and website content are owned by or licensed to CLOUDORA LLC.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLOUDORA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
